How to Enter: There are three methods of entry:

(1) Donate or Purchase NPR Tiny Desk merchandise through the Sweepstakes homepage on Propeller.

(2) Redeem points earned on the Propeller website, as detailed in the Official Rules.

(3) Alternative Free Method of Entry: You can also enter the Sweepstakes by legibly hand printing your full name, complete postal address (including zip code), home >telephone number, e-mail address, the words "[NPR Tiny Desk Sweepstakes]," and numbered 1 - 40 on a plain 3" x 5" card and uploading it with your Propeller account using the steps found here. You will receive two-hundred and fifty (250) entries for each completed eligible numbered card received, subject to the entry limitation stated below.

You can receive a maximum of 10,000 entries, regardless of the method of entry.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Selection Process: Process: Grand Prize winner is selected using a computer generated selection method to ensure that each drawing is conducted completely at random from all eligible entries received. We will attempt to notify the winner via email or phone at the email address or phone number provided with winner's entry. The selected winner will have 48 hours to respond before a new winner is randomly selected.

Eligibility: OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS AND PUERTO RICO, AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) AGE EIGHTEEN (18) OR OVER (OR THE LOCAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION WHETHER THE ENTRANT RESIDES). VOID IN ALL JURISDICTIONS OTHER THAN THOSE STATED ABOVE, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of National Public Radio, Inc. ("NPR") and its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies (including, without limitation, National Public Media LLC or any NPR member station), Propeller, and any other party involved in the marketing or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties") and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the "steps" of each) and all persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win a prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decisions of NPR, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Prize Terms and Conditions: The winner is subject to verification, including verification of age and residency. Winner may be asked to sign and return an Affidavit of >Eligibility/Publicity Release as a condition to receiving the prize. If a winner (i) is determined to be ineligible or otherwise disqualified by Sponsor, (ii) fails to respond to our first winner notification message within 48 hours of notification or after two (2) attempts (whichever occurs first), (iii) fails to timely provide any information requested by Sponsor or Propeller (e.g., information needed by Sponsor to deliver the prize) or timely execute and return any documents required or requested by Sponsor or Propeller, the winner will be disqualified and forfeit all interest in the prize. If the winner is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to select a substitute winner or not award the unclaimed prize. Travel must occur in connection with winner's attendance at the Tiny Desk Concert and occur between June 2024 and August 2024.  Roundtrip travel to Washington, D.C. only available from the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, or Canada (via airline or ground transportation, at NPR's discretion, depending on origin).

Winner's access and use of NPR+ is subject to NPR's Terms of Use.

Approximate Retail Value: Total Prize ARV: $2,300 (Access to Concert, ARV: $0, not commercially available; Roundtrip travel to Washington D.C., ARV: $1,.700; Hotel accommodations, ARV: $600; 1 year of NPR+ podcast perks, ARV: $0, not commercially available). All amounts are in United States dollars. Actual value of the prize depends on travel dates, departure city, and air transportation and hotel market conditions at time of fulfillment. Any difference in value between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

Disclosure: By donating, making a purchase or otherwise entering the Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Rules, NPR's Terms of Use   and Propeller's Official Rules & Terms of Use (collectively, the "Governing Terms").

Privacy: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used (i) by Sponsor, Propeller and its designees for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Rules and Propeller's Official Rules and Terms of Use; (ii) by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy; (iii) by Propeller in accordance with its Privacy Policy. NPR may share your name and email address with your NPR station. Propeller may share your information with the prize providers and artist partners associated with this experience.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL OTHER REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or any Sweepstakes Parties.

For California Residents Only: You hereby waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states, "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

Governing Law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the internal laws of the District of Columbia without regard to principles of conflict of laws. All cases and claims pertaining to this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the District of Columbia. Section 13 of Propeller's Official Rules (Dispute Resolution) shall not apply to any disputes that arise between entrant and NPR regarding this Sweepstakes.

In return for the donation, no goods or services were provided by NPR other than to donors who received premium giveaways. For donors receiving premium giveaways, the tax-deductibility of the contribution is limited to the fair market value of the contribution minus the fair market value of the good selected (t- shirt, sticker, or poster). In the event a winner or their guest engages in behavior that (as determined by NPR in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or goodwill of NPR or any of NPR's services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, NPR reserves the right to terminate such winner and/or their guest's travel and Tiny Desk concert attendance early, and send the winner (and their guest) home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner, which may, in NPR's sole discretion, result in winner's disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s).
