Grace M. from Missouri was the winner of the Propeller experience to "Win a Trip to Meet Maya Hawke in New York City" that took place in March 2023. Below are some of Grace's highlights from the experience.

My friend and I had the time of our lives!

The day we got to NYC we checked out the high-line which gave us a perfect view of the statue of liberty then we hit Times Square which was so so cool!

The day of the show we grabbed coffee and took a stroll in Central Park and saw views of the city that left us speechless. We also went to NBC studios and saw where Jimmy Fallon walks in everyday to film! Alongside that we saw Rockefeller center which was surreal considering so many of my favorite films and TV shows were filmed right where I was standing.

Once we were brought into the venue we saw Maya sound checking and I was at a loss for words. Almost started crying to be honest. I have loved Maya for years so to see her was a dream come true. She came down and hugged us and talked to us for a bit and then the show started! Her staff were so friendly and it really made the experience great! After the show we went back and grabbed a picture with Maya. I'm a musician myself and was able to get a cover that I did of one of Maya's songs to her team to show her which honestly is something I will never stop thinking about.

I truly cannot thank propeller enough for this experience. It was honestly the trip of a lifetime and is something I will never ever forget.
