Greg A. from Texas was the winner of the Propeller experience to "Win a Trip to Meet Samantha Bee in Portland" that took place in June 2023. Below are some of Greg's highlights from the experience.

I just got back from the fantastic trip to Portland, Oregon I won on Propeller to see the brilliant, and insightful, Samantha Bee on behalf of NOISE FOR NOW!

From the moment I was informed I won, to coordinating the trip with you, to arriving at our gorgeous hotel, to the highlight of the trip: getting to visit with Samantha Bee before her show, and then finding we had literally the best seats in the house (Center Orchestra!), the entire experience exceeded my highest hopes!

What I particularly appreciated was that this wasn't just a hand shake and a photo meet & greet. We had a real visit and conversation with Samantha and her equally welcoming Producer, Kim Burdges. That was truly special.

I'm also appreciative of all the information I've gained by being a part of Propeller. By earning the entries that allowed me to win, I learned a lot of great information that will help me be a stronger advocate for Social and Environmental Justice. That may well be the biggest prize of all!

I'm looking forward to becoming a 2-time Propeller winner!
