It's happened. The United States Supreme Court, along extremely partisan 6-3 lines, has voted to overturn the monumental Roe v. Wade decision via Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.
Now that Roe has been overturned, it is open season on reproductive rights, as it's now up to each individual state to decide how to approach reproductive rights.
This is particularly onerous for poor individuals in the South and Midwest, where Republican-controlled states are poised to implement near or total bans on abortion.
