Our mature and old-growth forests are one of this country's greatest resources. These forests provide critical habitat for wildlife, prevent erosion and flooding, protect our drinking water, and are an essential climate solution.
Forests, and especially old-growth forests, play a critical role in removing climate pollution and storing carbon — and we don't have any time to waste.
