I am calling on our elected officials to decriminalize the possession, growing, sharing, and use of psychedelic plants and fungi and end the senseless prosecution of these victimless "crimes".

I urge our legislators to deschedule all naturally occurring forms psilocybin/psilocin, DMT, mescaline, and ibogaine from the list of controlled substances as none of these have been found to be habit forming and all have been reported to have a high potential for therapeutic and medical use.

Restricting equitable access to these sacred entheogens is a crime against humanity. Restoring our human right to develop our own relationship with nature is essential to upholding the personal and religious freedoms this country was founded on.
