The Good Fruit Project, a new initiative between The Trevor Project (the largest suicide prevention org for LGBTQ youth) and Q Christian Fellowship (the largest organization of LGBTQ Christians) aimed at educating people of faith, particularly Christians, about how efforts to change LGBTQ youth's sexual orientation and gender identity are detrimental to their mental health and well-being.
The Good Fruit Project's brand new website is launching along a comprehensive educational resource, which outlines the faith- and research-based evidence against conversion therapy, a discredited practice that research has found to be strongly associated with increased suicide risk.
