Selection Process: Grand Prize winner is selected using a computer generated selection method to ensure that each drawing is conducted completely at random. We will notify the winner via text message. The selected winner will have 5 minutes to respond before a new winner is randomly selected.

Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the U.S., and at least 16 years of age to win. Void where prohibited. Must have a valid ticket and be onsite at the time of the drawing to win the upgrade. Access to the venue is not included. We cannot guarantee that the seats will be better than the ones you have.
