FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I purchase this meet and greet package at the venue?
A: No, VIP packages will not be available for purchase at the venue. You must purchase this package through Propeller's website.
Q: Does the meet and greet package include tickets to the show or event?
A: No, tickets for the show need to be purchased seperately.
Q: How do I know where and when to arrive for my VIP experience?
A: You will receive an email from Propeller approximately 3-5 days before the concert date. We'll provide you with the event details (when it starts, what location, etc) as well as the meet and greet details (what time the meet and greet will happen as well as what time you need to arrive at the venue). All M&Gs will take place before the show. Please give yourself a generous amount of time to check-in at the venue. If you arrive after your check-in time, your meet and greet package will be forfeited.
Q: Once I have the meet and greet confirmation from Propeller, how do I check in for it? Is there a physical ticket for it?
A: This meet and greet package is ticketless. You will check in at the front of the venue. Please have your photo I.D. and order confirmation email (sent at the time of purchase) ready. Once checked in, you will be escorted into the venue for your meet and greet with Maya.
Q: How many people can I invite with me to this meet and greet ?
A: This meet and greet package is valid for 2 people total so you are welcome to bring 1 guest.
Q: What happens if I'm a few minutes late to the venue after my package check-in time?
A: Late arrivals may not have access to the meet and greet but merchandise can be collected at the merch table inside the venue.
Q: How will I receive my merchandise?
A: You'll receive your autographed tour poster at the meet and greet. Merchandise cannot be mailed after the show, so please remember to arrive on time.
Q: Can I get a photo with Maya?
A: Yes!
Q: My guest attending the show with me may be arriving late. How do they get their meet and greet, merchandise, etc.?
A: Please note that your guest must arrive with you as you'll be escorted together to the meet and greet after you check in at the Box Office.
Q: Will I be allowed backstage?
A: By purchasing a meet and greet package, you will not gain access to, or be authorized to enter, any backstage areas.
Q: Is parking included in this package?
A: Parking is not included with this package, but parking may be available at the venue. Please refer to the venue's website for more information regarding parking.
Q: What if I change my mind and don't want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable; no will call name changes will be permitted under any circumstances.
Q: Does this package have a minimum age?
A: Most shows are open to all ages. However, please check with the venue directly as the age policy can vary with each venue.
Q: What are my local venue/COVID policies?
A: Please refer to the venue's website for the latest COVID policies for your show.
Q: Who can answer questions about my concert ticket?
A: Please refer to your original point of purchase for all questions regarding your concert ticket.
Q: Will I be able to reenter the venue after the meet & greet?
A: Following the meet & greets, the room will be cleared for concert ticket holders. VIP package purchasers who also have a ticket to the concert will wait in a separate line for early access.
In some cases, the venue may allow VIP purchasers who also have a concert ticket to stay in the venue but this is solely at the venue's discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
