Pass the Mic is focused on building community resilience, empathy, and awareness through music, stories, art, education, and connectivity. The organization was founded by Portugal. The Man in 2019 and provides unrestricted grant funding to Tribes and community groups everywhere the band performs or records music, with a focus on community health, the environment, human rights / disability rights, music advocacy, and voting.
