About Minority Voices Prosper

Minority voices Prosper (MVP) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that creates shared spaces so that the successful, prosperous minority voices of today can provide positive career affirmations with the minority voices of tomorrow. Our vision at MVP is to expose youth minorities to accomplishment and achievement up close, from people who look like them and sound like them. Spanning across Youth Events and Youth Mentorship Programs, we partner with influential minority voices prospering in their respective career fields, who can equip our next generation of leaders with perspective and actionable insights on how they can unlock their own talents and become success stories in their own right.

Our youth communities are under-resourced PERIOD! And there is a collective responsibility within the minority community to sow into the futures we want to see. Therefore, Positive Representation is an important step in the uplifting of our communities and fight against any form of racism seeking to oppress our people. It heightens the psychological awareness needed in shaping the way our youth understand race and ethnicity as part of their royal DNA; Increasing levels of confidence, courage, and commitment can further influence youth minds to be the best that they can possibly be.
