• An individual 3-Day GA Pass to Gov Ball is redeemable for 8,000 points.
• Limit one ticket per Propeller account/person. If users attempt to use duplicate accounts to redeem multiple tickets, all tickets will be forfeited.
• To be eligible to redeem a ticket, each person must complete this consent form and one volunteer opportunity with ECRC, Chhaya or Alliance for Flushing Meadows Corona Parks.
• Volunteers receive 8,000 points for 6-8 hour shifts.
• Each user is only eligible to receive points for one (1) volunteer shift, regardless of how many shifts they complete.
• Volunteer points are not doubled for Premier members.
• Propeller communicates directly with ECRC, Chhaya and Alliance for Flushing Meadows Corona Parks and points will be credited within 3-5 business days of your volunteer session. Volunteers must have a Propeller account in order to receive points.
• Once a volunteer has received their volunteer points and completed all of the requirements, they must use their points to redeem a ticket.
• All ticket redemptions will be verified by a Propeller team member. Once verified, volunteers will receive a confirmation email (separate from their redemption confirmation email). Until this confirmation email is received, the ticket is not confirmed.
• Volunteering does not guarantee a ticket, nor does receiving points for volunteering. Users will need a Propeller account, need to volunteer and complete any other requirements and will then need to use their points to redeem a ticket through Propeller.
• Tickets are limited and are first come first served.
• Tickets will be redeemed at will call and an email with more information will be sent to all ticket holders 2-4 days prior to the festival. Please note, no tickets earned through the Earn-a-Ticket program can be collected early.
• Tickets are non-transferrable, so the person who redeems the ticket must be the one to use the ticket. Users must show ID to collect their ticket and the name on their ID must match the name on their Propeller account. Make sure to use your full legal name on your Propeller account BEFORE any ticket redemptions are made. Any changes to the name on the Propeller account AFTER redemption will NOT update the ticket.
