Winner Recap: Win Front Row Tickets To See George Strait in Jacksonville

May 24th, 2024

Ronald D. was the winner of the Propeller experience to "Win Front Row Tickets To See George Strait in Jacksonville" that took place in May 2024. Below are some of Ronald's highlights from the experience.

We arrived at Everbank Stadium, in Jacksonville, FL, about 30 minutes prior to the show. We made our way down to check out our seats. We were just left of the stage in the front row. We quickly made friends with security and they shared the schedule of all the performances. The schedule showed that Little Big Town would be first to perform for 70 minutes, then Chris Stapleton would be next for 95 minutes, then George Strait would perform for 135 minutes. It was going to be a long but exciting day.

Before we knew it Little Big Town took the stage and sounded amazing!  It was the first time we had ever seen them in concert and they put on an awesome performance. Seeing them live made us into big fans. They played for just over an hour and every song was great.

Next up was Chris Stapleton. Chris and his band took the stage and began their 1 hour and 35 minute set.  He played his first two songs and then started talking to the crowd. He let us know that he did not want to waste time with a lot of talk and intended to play as much music as possible with his time on stage. And he delivered, Chris and his band played non-stop for the next 90 minutes.

Then around 9:15pm all the lights went down and the introduction music for the greatest country star of all time George Strait started. The moment we had been waiting for had finally come. George Strait took the stage!  He was right there 20 feet away, it was incredible. George sounded incredible and played so many of his hits.  He even played songs from his new album that has not been released yet.

It was truly a dream come true for my wife and me. We had always wanted to see George in concert, but to see him from the front row was incredible. Thank you to George Strait and everyone at Propeller that made this possible.
