All children should have outlets for creative expression. Youth in Detroit are no exception. Seven Mile partners with local communities to provide opportunities for create expression through music, arts, and coding enrichment.
Lack of public funding prevents access to extracurricular education for many children. To help close the gap, Seven Mile holds weekly lessons during the academic year taught by University of Michigan volunteers. During the summer, we host Brightmoor Arts Academy, a 5-week program taught by professional arts educators. Help us achieve our goal - one lesson at a time.
